From Passion to Purpose
I’m the owner and head baker here at Heaven Kneads, and I’ve had a love for baking since I was a little kid. Growing up in Philadelphia, I was always in the kitchen, messing around with recipes—it’s where I developed all the skills I use now. I’m 27, and my baking journey really kicked off again when I moved to Florida in 2021. Working remotely at the time, I got really creative with different meals and desserts - roleplaying my own episode of Food Network's "Chopped" each night, excited to create something new.
Not long after I moved, I was hit with some unexpected autoimmune diseases. That meant a massive diet overhaul—saying goodbye to processed foods and sugars. I realized super fast how impossible it was to find a decent, safe sweet treat, and honestly, I missed them! Around that time, I met my amazing husband. He has been my backbone and support during my autoimmune issues, and encouraged me to use my baking skills to create our own "sweet" treats. We started experimenting, blending my years of baking knowledge with some old family recipes and Italian flavors I grew up with. We got married in August 2024, and Heaven Kneads LLC opened its microbakery doors in January 2025. This bakery is truly turning a tough situation into something sweet.

We don't mess around. We use only high-quality, whole ingredients and work hard to find the best sugar alternatives, like monk fruit and coconut sugar. This makes sure everything we bake fits into restricted diets.

We’re a microbakery, which means we bake fresh in small batches. This commitment ensures that you're always getting the highest quality, most delicious treats straight out of our kitchen.
🗽USA Sourcing
Whenever we can, we buy our fresh produce and specialty items from local Florida suppliers - however, we are 100% committed to sourcing our ingredients solely from the USA. Our grains, for example, are grown in Washington State.

At Heaven Kneads LLC, we are founded on the firm belief in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and was punished to death on the cross for remission of sins. He rose again the third day victorious conquering sin and death for all those who believe in Him. This foundation gives us purpose, reminding us that Christ makes our heavy burdens light and we rejoice in eternal life.
